Piled up in our bed

The girls love to pile up in our bed. It just so happens that this morning was a very cold one and there just is not room for 4 in a full size bed. I thought the apartment was small - the bed was even smaller that morning!

The Target here, according to Olivia, starts with the letter "O" just like her name... I tried to explain what a target was and she said "Yes and it starts with an "O""... O my!

I left early to go pick up Brian and the girls from the airport. There was a small park that I has passed by several days in a row so I thought I would stop and take some photos.

Guess who moved West???

Well.... We moved... I moved first - in September - then Brian and the girls moved in October. Before they got here, I was making new friends with some of the girls from work. We went on a few little weekend trips. Here we went to the Public Market at Pike Place in Seattle. Yes it is the place that throws the fish - at you! Below are some pics of the fresh produce, flowers and of course the bathroom sign that is too funny!!!

Little Sister

O is 4 and every bit of it. She is funny, very spunky and likes to do her own thing (even against our strong urging) in her own way. She loves to play outside and wants to start soccer in the fall. Her smile is contagious especially with those dimples. She will be a Kool Kid over the summer at school and will start kindergarten fall of 2014. She is growing up too fast!

Big Sister

J is now 9, officially a 5th grader this fall and growing into a little young lady. She still loves watching TV, eating sweets and hanging out with us. She can be super silly and oh so serious too! She is still playing the violin but is taking the summer off...

Odds & Ends

I got a new camera. Yep.. One of those big ones that does all sorts of stuff and I have no clue how to use it. Thanks to my friends David & Shea Russell for helping me out. I have a long way to go but they are helping my brain understand aperture, shutter speed, ISO and so much more... Here are a few shots of things that don't get fed up posing for me!!! You will see later those that are totally sick of my new camera!
