We are still in hot pursuit of our 2nd child from China. It will be 3 years in June that we have been waiting. It will still be a while before we see her sweet face. She is probably not even born yet.... How weird is that!
On the job front, I will begin a new job with State Farm in the middle of May. It will keep me in the office here in Murfreesboro... I have mixed emotions about this... glad that travel time is over but sad that the job I loved is going to someone else. So with that, we are now having to purchase a 2nd vehicle for our household. We are currently looking for anything that will be reliable and reasonable in cost. We have not gone car shopping in over 9 years but I can tell you that some of these car dealers are really proud of their vehicles.
Jessica lost her first tooth finally in late February and her smile was forever changed (in a good way) and I look forward to her losing more. She is doing very well in 1st grade... loves to read and is not all that excited about math.... Her teacher says no worries...
So now that you are caught up with us, I hopefully will have more time to "play" on the blog and keep everyone up to date on what's going on in the Freeland house!
